First rate experience. Came out and diagnosed the problem for free. Was available shortly thereafter to undertake the work. Hi, I'm Franky, owner of Fortress Roofing. I didn't just learn this trade — I grew up in it. My dad brought me onto roofs when I was eight or nine years old and taught me everything he knows. He ran his own roofing company for over 40 years before he sold it, and I've been roofing ever since.
Fortress Roofing is built on doing things properly, start to finish. That means turning up when I say I will, an emergency service if you need it fast, and never rushing a job just to move to the next one. We take our time and do it right the first time. Every full roof replacement comes with a guarantee of up to 25 years.
There are a lot of cowboys in this industry — builders who say they're roofers and bodge the job, then leave homeowners to pay someone else to fix it. I'm not that. I check the contract and the work thoroughly before I sign off on anything, and my team cleans up properly every day, not just at the end.
